What is flat sawing used for?

Creating openings in concrete floors, roads, parking lots, and similar surfaces. The purpose is often trenching for under-slab utilities, slab removal sections, expansion/control joints, and demolition prep on floors, pavement, and decks.

How deep can a flat saw cut?

Generally we cut up to 18" with our largest diesel saw. In the interior we can go as deep as 12", or switch to a wall saw for deeper cuts.
